Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We appreciate your patience as we ensure every garment meets our quality standards.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at the time of checkout or shared during the WhatsApp ordering process.
Estimated delivery time depends on your location:
Within India: 3–7 business days
International Orders: 7–21 business days
Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to courier logistics or customs clearance issues.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation via email or WhatsApp with your tracking details. You can track your shipment using the link or tracking ID provided.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes (for International Orders) KOTA’S LUX is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees applied to your order. All charges imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.
Damages KOTA’S LUX is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we value our customers and will assist you in coordinating with the carrier.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
